Hey Allen. We covered a lot in the meeting, but the first thing you should know about that All For One guy is that he's Shigaraki's mentor. He has the power to steal other people's powers permanently, so we're trying to work out whose power can be stolen and whose can't.
All For One is basically the strongest evil person from that world. In his prime, All Might was the only one who was strong enough to take him on, and he did defeat All For One, but the first time he suffered severe inner organ damage. The second time, it was so hard on his body that he lost all of his power.
[She figures it's okay to share this, since he'd been willing to share it with all Guardians, deputies, and allies. As somemone who is not only a deputy guardian, but who also lives in the same building as people from that world, Bulla feels it's information Allen should know. His odds of getting caught up in this on some level are high.]
Knowing if it's possible for yours is important, yeah. You should talk to Mr. Aizawa. That's how we're testing. The people whose powers he can stop with his quirk need to be more careful. Mr. Aizawa was able to stop Remilia from flying, for example.
Yeah, basically. All Might wanted us to all know what we were getting into with this guy so that people didn't rush in recklessly. All For One sounds like a pretty scary guy.
It's okay. It was a good idea to have someone on duty. Just go and talk to Mr. Aizawa to test how his quirk works on your powers soon. He's pretty busy, so if you don't see him around Fairy Haven, just send him a text or something.
It doesn't work at all on my strength or speed or anything like that. He can stop me from flying, but the ki itself is still there. The only thing I haven't tested is super saiyan...um. I'm not sure if I ever showed that to you. I haven't had much reason to use it here.
Super saiyan temporarily makes me fifty times stronger than normal. You'll know when I'm using it because my hair turns blonde and sticks up.
[Admittedly, Aizawa being able to stop something wasn't a guarantee that something could be stolen, simply because powers from other worlds weren't quirks. But it was helpful to know if it was a possibility or not.]

Re: [Video]
[Allen paused for a moment.]
Okay, so would you need to know if it's possible for mine?

Then I will make sure to talk to them when I am able. But I assume this was all that wnt on in the meeting, right?

But do you know how it affects you?

But you telling me how it affected you gives me a potential idea of how my innocence would work or...might not.
[He had some thoughts and he was trying to figure it out before actually trying to test it.]
I get the feeling I wouldn't be able to use mine at all.

I'll show you during training sometime.

[he nodded slightly before a slow realization hit him.]
Ah1 That reminds me, I told myself I would train a bit today... Guess I got distracted and forgot.
